Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring all goods meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict client specifications and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Good vision and manual dexterity are essential.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
