Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to 5S protocols
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
- Document shipping/receiving data in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
