Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging to meet company standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document daily operations using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS software
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
