Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move products within 500,000 sq ft facility
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per ISO standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols for material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly KPIs
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
