Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with strict safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Load/unload trucks and organize products in designated zones
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation to facility in San Antonio
