As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution network runs smoothly. You will manage inventory, prepare shipments, and operate heavy machinery during the overnight hours when the facility is quiet but busy.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stock.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Package and label products according to safety and shipping guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
