Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory across 250,000 sq ft facility
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits with RF scanning technology
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all warehouse activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Document all activities using WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus for diverse team collaboration
