Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately process inventory using RF scanning technology
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of freight
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Document all transactions in warehouse management system
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanning experience
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
