Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet nightly targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse/forklift certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational priorities during night shifts
