Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout through strategic pallet racking and space utilization
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet nightly fulfillment targets
- Maintain detailed digital records in WMS systems with zero-tolerance for errors
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory management software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills and ability to read/interpret shipping manifests
- Valid California driver's license preferred
