Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, scanning, and storage using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handovers
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (WMS training provided)
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Positive attitude for night work environment
- Ability to work independently and as team player
- Background check required (felony-friendly policy)
