Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document workflow activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
