Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory with precision scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for rotating shifts
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
