Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and prepare them for shipment using packing stations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and perform cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide valid ID.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
