Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic pallet organization and space utilization
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.8% accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete required documentation and digital reporting in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency with handheld scanning technology
