Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks to maintain product integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment through proper housekeeping
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Support emergency shipments and urgent order fulfillment during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for night shifts
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, low-light environment
