Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse automation systems with precision
- Maintain accurate digital records via warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize nightly operations
- Implement stringent safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Lead 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
