Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight and vendor deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 25kg
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
