Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks and inventory reconciliation during shift hours
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to ISO and health & safety standards throughout operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during low-supervision night hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 25kg regularly
- Valid UK work authorization and right to work
