Responsibilities
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, seal, and label outbound shipments according to customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely to move stock.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all quality standards are met before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Basic knowledge of warehouse machinery is a plus.
