Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing for high-value electronics and luxury goods
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in climate-controlled zones
- Conduct meticulous inventory audits using RF scanners
- Coordinate cross-docking operations with international shipping partners
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols in specialized handling areas
- Train on WMS systems and real-time inventory tracking tools
- Support reverse logistics processes for premium product returns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with night shift preference
- Forklift certification and RF scanner proficiency required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail for high-value inventory handling
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with SAP or Oracle WMS systems preferred
