Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing for high-volume shipments
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts)
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain strict quality control standards for outbound products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Implement OSHA safety protocols in all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
- Availability for consistent 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
