Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, and quality issues.
- Prepare and package items for shipment using appropriate materials and labeling systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform regular inventory checks and update stock records accurately using handheld scanners.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and perform light equipment troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to safety protocols.
