Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet daily quotas.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Handle damaged or defective merchandise according to company policy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but training is provided.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local driving tasks.
