Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations during night hours.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure all workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document accordingly.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
