Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to process incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks while maintaining strict inventory accuracy standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards before dispatch.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of daily operations and stock movements.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided for motivated candidates.
- Certifications: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a strong plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
