Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our WMS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment at all times.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational transitions.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) reliably.
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
