Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems during overnight hours
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move high-value electronics with zero-tolerance error margins
- Coordinate cross-docking operations for major tech clients including Apple, Google, and NVIDIA
- Maintain ISO-certified quality control standards for sensitive electronic components
- Lead 3-4 person night shift teams during peak processing hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement JIT (Just-In-Time) inventory protocols for same-day delivery fulfillment
- Conduct cycle counts and audits with 99.8% accuracy requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- OSHA-certified forklift operation with valid California certification
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan WMS)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated error rates below 0.1%
- Experience working in temperature-controlled environments (40-60°F)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Availability to work Monday-Friday nights with occasional weekend flexibility
