Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently during night operations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of inventory and logistics data.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
