Responsibilities
- Execute high-precision order picking/packing with 99.8% accuracy
- Optimize inventory management using WMS technology
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Implement lean manufacturing principles for efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Resolve logistical challenges with proactive solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work independently in minimal supervision
- Basic math and computer literacy requirements
