Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations and loading/unloading
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S methodology
- Document daily operations in digital tracking systems and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience required
- OSHA certification for material handling equipment preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanners and inventory software (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
