Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems with precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Document operations using warehouse management systems (WMS) software
- Respond proactively to operational challenges and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new software quickly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
