Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within 99.5%
- Pick and pack orders with zero-defect accuracy for next-day deliveries
- Perform quality control checks on all outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
