Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards for night operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working in low-light environments with safety gear
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS software
- Reliable transportation for night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
