Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory with high accuracy to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks before starting the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends as required.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking and scanning.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
