Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for next-day delivery with zero-error precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment exceptions
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and basic computer systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
