Responsibilities
- Monitor Systems: Oversee network performance and server status during the night shift to ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Ticket Resolution: Prioritize and resolve incoming technical support tickets efficiently using our CRM tools.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional technical guidance and troubleshooting steps to clients via chat and phone.
- Documentation: Accurately log all technical interactions, resolutions, and system changes in the database.
- Crisis Management: Handle escalated technical issues and outages immediately while coordinating with day-shift engineering teams.
- System Updates: Perform routine maintenance and software updates during low-traffic hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, remote desktop tools, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
