Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot network issues during off-peak hours.
- Provide 24/7 technical support to internal and external stakeholders via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security audits to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in our CRM database for audit trails.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar role.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday (rotating night shifts).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
