Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network systems during off-peak hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by day-shift engineering teams.
- Execute nightly security patches, updates, and database backups with zero downtime.
- Document technical incidents and maintain accurate logs for audit compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Ensure 100% uptime for critical business applications and resolve alerts immediately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
