Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical issues for clients with precision.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols, safety standards, and performance metrics.
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance night-shift efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
