Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift staff, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols for warehouse operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth transition of inventory and processes
- Conduct quality control audits on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Manage inventory systems and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Prepare daily performance reports and operational metrics
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Experience with 24/7 operations and shift management
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
