Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production output to ensure targets are met during the night shift.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct daily shift inspections and safety briefings.
- Train, mentor, and guide production operators on machinery and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate workflow with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and quality assurance documentation.
- Resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions in real-time to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
