Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shifts, ensuring peak performance and service standards
- Manage inventory control, cash handling procedures, and security protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Train and mentor new staff on company procedures and safety regulations
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct quality audits and maintain compliance with health/safety standards
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Nevada gaming card or willingness to obtain immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
