- Direct team of 10-15 warehouse associates with clear instructions and performance coaching
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Prepare daily shift reports and productivity metrics for management review
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate industrial equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
