Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift operations in warehouse/distribution setting
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Manage inventory control and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics daily
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
