Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse associates
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
- Handle incident reporting and corrective actions
- Train new hires on SOPs and equipment
- Generate shift performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
