- Oversee 15-20 team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Handle inventory management and quality control inspections
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
