Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff during peak operational hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor inventory management systems and coordinate loading/unloading activities
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare daily performance reports
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company procedures
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Proficient in WMS inventory management systems
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
