Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate night shift warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
- Lead a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation of activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supply chain management experience with night shift supervision
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
