Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations and team performance
- Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols
- Train and mentor night shift staff on equipment usage
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Monitor and report operational metrics to management
- Resolve urgent operational issues during shift hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Proven leadership/supervisory background
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
